In the small town of Old Hill Valley a mystery is unfolding on the streets. When homeless people begin to show-up all over town holding intricate, hand-painted signs adorned with unusual sayings, it catches the attention of local newspaper reporter Casey Andrews, who sets out to investigate the meaning of the signs, and find the elusive homeless artist known only as “Sign Man”.
